Mon 11/22	Morning	Visit Temple of Heaven and go shopping at a nearby market
Mon 11/22	Afternoon	Visit CCAA and BLAS, kids take culture lessons
Tues 11/23		Fly to Hefei pm flight; Check into the hotel
Wed 11/24		Welcoming ceremony at Hefei CWI, celebration of the children’s new building, visit the orphanage and play with the babies there
Thur 11/25		Tour to the countryside, enjoying the fresh air and beautiful landscape
Fri 11/26	Morning	City tour in Hefei and go shopping
Fri 11/26	Afternoon	Rest/pack, followed by Farewell dinner
Sat 11/27	Morning	Fly to Beijing by flight CA1846/8:00-9:30 or HU7308/10:50-12:25 and connect to the international flight back home Or take extension trip to Yellow Mountain (see the itinerary bellow)

Cost:

Adult or child 12 and over 12: $1048.00 each. Reserves half a hotel room. Each hotel room has two beds or a king-sized bed. Or a rollaway bed in the room.

Child under 12: $898.00 each. Reserves half a hotel room or a rollaway bed.

Child under 12: $758.00 each. Shares a room with other two people. No bed requested.

The price includes hotels with breakfast, airfares for Beijing-Hefei-Beijing with airport tax, activities as per itinerary, lunch and dinner daily, bilingual guides, bus service, special souvenirs, etc. Price does not include transport from home country to Beijing, visa application fees and the tips.

Registration Deadline: August 21^st 2010

Down payment

A non-refundable down payment of $100 per person needs to be paid at the time of registration. This amount will be deducted from the total amount for this trip. Whole travel fees need to be paid before September 26^th 2010, otherwise you will be regarded not come. If you cancel the trip after September 26^th 2009, the money will be refunded after the deduction of some expenses caused by the cancellation.
