Welcoming ceremony at Zhanjiang SWI; play with babies

Tour of local school the children from SWI attend, followed by lunch on own at KFC (children from SWI be treated by families)

Shopping at pearl market; Tour city (French quarter, catholic church, etc).

Morning

Drive through countryside and along the ocean to the East Sea Island (Donghai Island) and walk and play freely by the seaside (the older children from the orphanage come along for this fun).

Clean up/rest followed by dinner at Silver Seas hotel (Yinhai Hotel)

Sun 11/28

Morning

Visit Huguangyan National Scenic Spot (the older and younger children from the orphanage come along for this fun); group lunch (kids from orphanage join us)

Afternoon

Party with the kids at the orphanage to be hosted by the ZJ adoptees to include crafts and games followed by cake and ice cream and ZJ adoptees learn to play local games

Evening

 Rest/pack, followed by Farewell dinner

Mon 11/29

Morning

Fly to Guangzhou by flight CZ3324/8:00-8:50

And transfer to Beijing by flight CZ3103/11:00-13:50

Holiday Inn Lidu Beijing; White Swan Guangzhou; Crowne Plaza Zhanjiang

 

Cost:

Adult or child over 12: $1498.00 each.  Reserves half a hotel room. Each hotel room has two beds or a king-sized bed. Or a rollaway bed in the room.

Child under 12: $1168.00 each.  Reserves half a hotel room or a rollaway bed.

Child under 12: $988.00 each.  Shares a room with other two people. No bed requested.

The price includes the hotels mentioned above with breakfast, airfares for Beijing-Guangzhou-Zhanjiang-Guangzhou-Beijing with airport tax, activities and meals as per itinerary, bilingual guides, bus service, special souvenirs, etc. Price does not include international airfare, visa application fees and tips.

Registration Deadline: August 21st 2010

 

Down payment

A non-refundable down payment of $100 per person needs to be paid at the time of registration. This amount will be deducted from the total amount for this  trip. Whole travel fees need to be paid before September 26th 2010, otherwise you will be regarded not come. If you cancel the trip after September 26th 2010, the money will be refunded after the deduction of some expenses caused by the cancellation.
